The 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards is a television production. The program may include production stops, stage resets, camera adjustments, applause cues, retakes, production holds, and other instructions necessary for television recording.
VIP / Honoree Arrival Deadline: Guests holding a Standard VIP, Pastoral Vanguard VIP Guest, Honoree, Honoree Guest, or Avidity:Luxe! VIP ticket must arrive no later than 4:45 PM to ensure seating in their designated VIP area. After 4:45 PM, VIP seating is not guaranteed, and guests may be seated in General Admission or another available seating area. All VIP floor seats may be filled as necessary for television camera shots and production purposes.
Production begins at 5:00 PM. Guests arriving after production begins must remain in the foyer or designated holding area until production staff determines that there is an appropriate break for auditorium entry. Late entry will not be permitted when it would interrupt filming, performances, or the production.
Photo, Video & Likeness Release: By reserving, purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket and entering the event or production premises, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise captured in connection with the production. You authorize Avidity Gospel Music Awards, Avidity TV, Avidity Productions, Derrick Huggins Productions, and their respective affiliates, producers, licensees, successors, assigns, contractors, broadcasters, distributors, and authorized representatives to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, publish, broadcast, distribute, exhibit, transmit, stream, advertise, promote, and otherwise use your name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, and participation captured in connection with the event and production, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes related to the program, its production, exhibition, distribution, publicity, promotion, advertising, archival use, and related activities, without additional notice or compensation to you.
By completing your reservation or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these production, seating, entry, and media-release terms.
