Venue Details
The 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Trinity Church, 1231 E. Pleasant Run Road, Cedar Hill, Texas 75104. The show begins at 5pm and doors open at 4pm.
Yes. Trinity Church offers accessible seating, ramps, and restrooms.
Children are welcome. All attendees, regardless of age, require a ticket. General Admission tickets are FREE. All attendees regardless of age MUST have a ticket to enter. If you desire to purchase an Avidity:Luxe! VIP pass which includes VIP seating to the 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards, please note that EACH PERSON with you, regardless of age, must also have a purchased Avidity:Luxe! VIP pass in order to sit in the VIP section.

Dress Code
The Avidity Gospel Music Awards is a formal celebration. Cocktail attire, evening gowns, and sharp suits are the standard. We celebrate personal expression — feel free to bring your boldest, most radiant look.
Yes. Our main red carpet is only available to hosts, performers, nominees, honorees, presenters, and designated pre-approved VIP guests. Avidity:Luxe! VIP Experience Pass Holders will be offered an exclusive, but separate red carpet before the 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards ceremony. Avidity:Luxe! guests will receive a professional photo opportunity and will receive separate email instructions on how to participate.
Absolutely. Hats, fascinators, and crowns are a cherished part of Gospel celebration. We only ask that taller headpieces be mindful of the sightlines of guests seated behind you. Please be advised that we are taping our show for television. If your headwear interferes with the sight line of other guests or if it interferes with the view of our cameras and video production team, you will either be asked to remove the headwear or move to a different seat.

Event Schedule
The Avidity Weekend of events run across three nights, November 6–8, 2026. Each day/evening distinct events, presentations, and honorees. The Avidity:Luxe! Yes. On-site self-parking is available at Trinity Church on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. Valet parking is not provided.
