Media Credentials Request

We've configured our media areas to support efficient news gathering and credential as many bona fide outlets as space permits. Because capacity is limited, each organization should restrict its on-site team to the essential personnel required to cover the Avidity Gospel Music Awards.

Media credentials are issued exclusively to established media organizations and photo agencies. Applications must be submitted by a staff member authorized to complete and sign the media agreement on behalf of the requesting outlet.

Submitting an application does not guarantee credential approval.

Credential applications are evaluated annually. Receiving credentials in a previous year does not guarantee credentials for the 11th Annual Avidity Gospel Music Awards.

Due to space limitations, an organization may be approved for some events while not being approved for others.
